7:30 - 8:30 pm Awards and Panel of Food Scientists
For dinner, there are three choices:
Bavarian Style Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Pan-Fried Walleye Roulade
Wild Mushroom Pot Pie
Dessert is Chocolate Decadence
The night will be topped off with the awarding of this year's undergraduate and graduate scholarships. There will also be a panel discussion as part of the evenings events. The panel will be made up of Zak Otto,
Steve Bransky, and Gina Searls.
Cost is $35 per person, students are
